Cassy’s Confections began in the Fall of 2020 and is named after our youngest daughter Cassidy. Born with a very rare form of cerebral palsy, Cassy isn’t able to participate in the athletic or extracurricular activities her older sisters and school friends enjoy. After a long search for an activity that Cassy could call her own, our little girl with an indomitable spirit discovered a love of baking! And so began this latest family adventure. We’re not trying to start a cookie empire or make a lot of money (Heck! We’d be happy to just break-even), we just want to help Cassy share her love of baking with our small corner of the world.
